Insurance & Payment Information

Our goal is to provide the most effective care possible while keeping pricing transparent and affordable.

Many insurance plans provide limited or no reimbursement for specialized treatments such as spinal decompression and Cox® Technic flexion-distraction therapy. In many cases, patients are responsible for significant out-of-pocket costs even when insurance is billed.

Additionally, insurance plans often have deductibles that must be met before benefits apply, may limit the number of visits allowed each year, and can restrict which treatments are covered regardless of your individual needs.

By operating primarily as a cash-based practice, we are able to:

  • Offer transparent, straightforward pricing with no surprise bills.

  • Provide treatment recommendations based on your condition and goals rather than insurance limitations.

  • Avoid unnecessary administrative costs that can increase the overall cost of care.

  • Deliver the care you need without being limited by visit caps or coverage restrictions.

Many patients are surprised to learn that our cash rates are often comparable to—or even less than—their out-of-pocket cost when using insurance, especially when deductibles have not yet been met.

Payment Options

We accept:

  • Cash, credit, and debit cards

  • HSA (Health Savings Account) funds

  • FSA (Flexible Spending Account) funds

  • CareCredit financing

Insurance We Do Accept

We are in-network with select insurance plans, including:

  • VA Community Care

  • PhysNet

  • MedRisk

  • Lineco

If you have one of these plans, please contact our office to verify your benefits and coverage.

Out-of-Network Reimbursement

For patients with other insurance plans, we can provide a detailed superbill upon request. Depending on your policy, you may be able to submit the superbill directly to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Because every insurance plan is different, reimbursement amounts and eligibility are determined by your insurance carrier.

If you have questions about costs, insurance, or payment options, our team is happy to help you understand your options before beginning care.
